Privacy policy

Last updated August 31, 2026. Missed Voices is built to hold family memories with care. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address, credit balance, and payment references from Stripe (such as a customer id). When you make a Living Memory we store the photos, audio or video samples, text, and rendered video needed to generate and replay that tribute.

How we use it

We use your materials only to operate Missed Voices: to sign you in, process credits, generate tributes on our GPU pipeline, and show them in your vault. Voice samples are used to clone speech for your tribute. We do not sell voice models, training data, or family photos.

Storage and processors

Files are stored with Cloudflare R2. Video rendering runs on secure cloud infrastructure we control. Payments are processed by Stripe. These providers act on our instructions and should not use your keepsakes for their own advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the processors above, to comply with law, or with your direction (for example when you download or send a video yourself).

Your choices

You may request access or deletion of your account and vault by writing to us on the Contact page. Some records (such as payment receipts) may be kept where we are required to by law.

This page is a working product policy, not formal legal advice. We will update it as Missed Voices grows.
