The service

Missed Voices helps you create Living Memory video tributes from photos, optional voice samples, and text you provide. Results are artistic reconstructions. They are not recordings of the person, legal evidence, or a substitute for them.

Your materials

You must have the right to upload the photos, audio, and video you submit, and you should use Missed Voices with respect for the people depicted. You grant us a limited license to process those files solely to generate and store your tribute.

Credits and payments

Living Memories are sold as credit packs. Credits are not cash, have no resale value, and are used when a generation starts. If a render fails, we return the credit. Pack purchases are handled by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Do not use Missed Voices to harass, impersonate someone for fraud, create sexual content involving anyone, or generate material you do not have permission to make. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Limitation

The service is provided as-is. Generated video and cloned speech will not be perfect. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Missed Voices is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of tributes.
